I’m so excited to have Kate and Brad’s wedding on the blog. They are one of the sweetest couples I have gotten to work with. I just loved how Brad talked and spoke of Kate leading up to their wedding as well as at their wedding. He often kept saying how lucky he was and how beautiful she was. It seriously was so sweet. I’ve known Kate’s mom, Becky, for 13 years now. She looked absolutely beautiful as well on their wedding day. She was just taking everything in and she had told me how amazing it is when a man loves your daughter as much as Brad loves Kate.

June 4th is not only Kate and Brad’s wedding day but it was also Kate’s parents wedding anniversary! Kate’s bouquet paid homage by having lace from Becky’s gown as well as the pearls her grandmother wore on her wedding day.

I loved seeing Sam and Abbey (best main and matron of honor) again. I had the honor of shooting their wedding a few years ago and now they are expecting a baby.

There were so many beautiful details that made up their day. Those are some of my favorite things to photograph. So much time and preparation is put into them and I love to preserve them!

Their first dance was fun. They sang it to each other loud and proud. Kate’s dad had a picture of Kate dressed as a bride for Halloween many, many years ago that he showed her during their first dance. It was such a sweet moment!

There was a beautiful sunset at Old Hickory. We all jumped in the golf cart and headed to the lake to catch the gorgeous sky!
