It was so wonderful catching up with the Kulp family again. I saw them last when I photographed their middle child Grant four years ago at his newborn session. I have been so blessed seeing so many families again and it has been so rewarding photographing their growing families.

So Grant, now four of course, is such a big helper and wants to nap with sweet baby Marley. He loves to get out all her supplies to help change her diaper. Now how sweet is that! It sure sounds like he loves being a big brother now.

Speaking of big brother, Marley has another older brother named Carter. If you have the pleasure of meeting Carter you will be captivated by him. He is an old soul and a fantastic hockey player. He loves to hold Marley and feed her. He thinks she is the most beautiful girl in the world. Oh man does that melt my heart. Marley is so fortunate to have two big brothers who absolutely adore her.

So Marley Joelle (Joelle is a combination of both of her parents two grandmothers Joanne and Eleanor. Awww!) made a startling entrance into the world. Her mom Danielle said she had been having contractions that day so she knew she was coming soon but her contractions were still far apart. All of a sudden at 4:35 she was coming! No time to get to the hospital! Her very brave dad had the honor of delivering her at home. She was out just as the ambulance was pulling in. Talk about an entrance!

Marley looks like a precious baby doll. She is the tiniest baby I have ever photographed. She was born at a whopping 4 lbs 12 ounces. She was so tiny most of my hats and headbands did not fit her! She was a dream to cuddle. As you can see below, she looks just like a baby doll.
