Katie and Chris are such a wonderful couple and I loved sharing in their special day! They are just fun and so easy going and you can see how they are just perfect for each other.  Everything about their vintage inspired wedding rocked. I totally love the vintage look and Katie rocked her dress! The style was spot on as well as all the little details through out their day. I especially loved how she incorporated family heirlooms into the reception and honored those who were no longer with them. Katie just loves Chris and she wanted to do something very special for him as a surprise. Chris’ grandma had passed away and she meant so very much to Chris. Katie had secretly added a picture of Chris’ grandma into his boutonniere so that he could carry her next to his heart. Seriously when he saw it for the first time I needed a Kleenex. It was so precious! What was not precious that day was Mother Nature. She had the audacity to rain very hard and very long on their wedding day but they do say rain on your wedding day will bring you luck. Well Katie and Chris will have a lifetime then but you could not tell that the rain put any sort of damper on their day. We dodged some rain and got a few outside shots but all you can see is smiles. Katie and Chris, you truly were wonderful and I wish you a lifetime of love and happiness. Thank you for letting me celebrate with you.
