Welcome back to the blog or welcome to all my first time visitors! I am so glad you are here. I have the very sweet and very gorgeous Julia on the blog today. She is a senior at Francis Howell North. It pains me to say senior since I’ve known Julia for quite some time. She and my daughter used to dance together many moons ago when they were just little bits. Her mom, Chris is a dear friend and a partner in crime.

Julia loves music. She loves to listen to Bruno Mars, Backstreet Boys and Taylor Swift. She is always in charge of the radio in the car! Not only does she love to listen to music but she loves to play music. Julia is a member of the Francis Howell North’s marching band where she plays the bass drum. She definitely leaves her heart on the field during each performance.

Besides music, Julia is passionate about cooking. She is always excited to try new recipes for her family. She also runs track through an amazing organization called DASA which is the Disabled Athlete Sports Association. Julia is very active in that community and she continues to raise the bar everyday. I love to see how much growth she has made over the years. She has developed into an amazing, strong and caring woman. Julia’s plans for the future is to attend college and to continue to grow and learn. Way to go Julia!

When deciding on a location for Julia’s senior pictures, her mom Chris knew right away where we were going to shoot. Her and Julia love lavender so shooting at a lavender farm was ideal! Julia was a trooper climbing into the lavender bushes and all the other flowers the farm had grown. It was so humid, like clothes soaking wet/hair slicked to your head frizzy kind of humid but that did not slow Julia down one bit. I was a hot mess but Julia still looked fresh as a daisy. I enjoyed catching all her little smirks as she laughed at my daughter in the background. It was wonderful seeing Julia’s personality shine through during her session. Julia you are a delight.

Thank you Julia for allowing me to capture this special time in your life. I have a feeling this year will fly by! Congratulations class of 2022!
