I have been loving having sessions with my sorority sisters lately. I have not seen so many of them in forever and it’s been amazing seeing them and the family they have created! Catching up in person is so much more enjoyable than seeing FB posts here and there. Go Sigma Kappa, Love the Dove!

So when I got to the park there were five hot air balloons overhead. I of course have seen hot air balloons before but was still a kid in a candy store. They were so low I thought they were going to land on me. You could even talk to the people in the buckets. They were so beautiful and so peaceful looking but I don’t think you could pay me to actually get into one! I was really hoping they would still be there for our session because who wouldn’t want that in your pics but unfortunately they floated away.

We had a beautiful day in the park. The park was full of vibrant colors and the temperature was amazing. You could not have asked for a better November day for family pictures.

The Renaud Family is made up of Bob, Jean, Will and Evie. Renaud means “Fox” in French! Bob and Jen met online and have been married six years now. I like how Jean described Evie as being one of a kind and sweet and salty. After meeting her, man she hit the nail on the head. Evie was not a fan of pics that day, was every bit of a three year old and was a bit camera shy but she is strong willed and independent. That will take her far in life. Will loves sports, he’s an adventure seeker, can be shy but also outgoing. He was up for anything, even jumping in a bush that had gorgeous colors. Jean loves to cook and is an avid fan of good food and wine. She also teaches Awana which I must admit I had to Google. Bob loves books and has even written a book. Seriously how cool is that?! He plays soccer too and like Jean, he loves good food, wine and even scotch.
