I love babies as much as I love weddings! It’s something about the anticipation of becoming a parent for the first time. Unless you are a parent, it’s so hard to put that feeling into words. I did not love being pregnant with my Addie because it was no cake walk for me, but I did love feeling her dance around (I just knew she was going to be a ballerina) and missed it for several months after I could hold her in my arms. It was just different. I had to share her with the world but she was “all mine” for nine months. These feelings always pop back up in my head and heart when I do a maternity session. I’m so giddy for the parents to be and I am so excited for them to experience the joy of parenthood. It is not easy but nothing rewarding is easy right! Jackie and Travis, it was so fun getting to know you and to hear about Baby Knox whom will be making his grand entrance next month. You are just an adorable couple so I just know Knox will be too.
