Addie is always dancing and loves to be in front of a camera. We wanted to take advantage of the cooler temps that St. Louis has had but had to deal with lots and lots of rain and if it was not raining it was super dark and cloudy. Not great for pics.
We finally got our chance last week and the sky did not disappoint however I do think it is the fastest we ever shot! Addie danced literally ALL day that day and then had a riding lesson at night. We were a tad crazy to try and fit it all in but she really wanted to try. She was as is, no make-up, crazy hair and a bit of helmet head from her riding lesson but I’m biased, I think she is gorgeous the second she rolls out of bed. This is tired Addie in all her glory.
She was sore from dancing and riding and then I asked her to balance on moss, trees, rocks etc. It’s not as easy as it looks. The creek water was FREEZING like toes numb cold. By the time we got to the field we had almost lost our light. We were seriously rushed but what we were able to squeeze in was fun and the sunset rocked. We definitely need to go back when she is fresh and we are not pushed for light but until then enjoy some of the shots we were able to grab.
